Warranty

2 Year Standard Warranty

The main parts have a warranty of 2 years. This covers mechanical and electrical components: including handlebars, forks, seat, motor, controller, battery and charger.

The main body of the frame is covered for 5 years against breakage.

The warranty is subject to proper care and reasonable use of the bikes under the recommended rider/luggage weight restrictions.

Delivery & Returns

5-8 working day delivery time on all orders.

Free Delivery for orders over £500 to mainland UK.

For other locations please get in touch. We will gladly work with our various logistics partners to find the most cost-efficient option to get your new e-bike to you. 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in an unused resalable condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. E-Bike Junction can then help arrange a return at a charge of £65. A courier will then be sent to collect the bike.  

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order please get in touch straight away either by emailing returns@ebikejunction.co.uk or calling +44 1932 544 204. If the order has not been dispatched from the manufacturer, we may be able to cancel the order. If your order has been dispatched, you will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
