If you are looking for a versatile electric bike the Juicy Roller is fantastic choice. Equipped with mudguards, rear carry rack as well as front and rear lights all as standard, it includes the key accessories you need to get the most from your riding.

The dropped style top tube makes the Juicy Roller an easy step through style bike, making it easy and accessible to hop on and off.  And comes standard with a kick stand. 

With two battery options you have the flexibility to choose depending on your needs. The 375Wh battery provides between 30-45miles in range. And the larger 562Wh battery providing between 45-60miles in range.

We also really like that the bike comes equipped with hydraulic disc breaks. Which represents fantastic value at this price point. What are hydraulic discs breaks you ask? Great question. Instead having a cable linking the breaking levers to the break calliper, the cable has hydraulic fluid, similar to how a car or motor bike operates. This in turn provides more braking control and power. A great feature to have when riding in wet conditions in the UK.

The main parts have a warranty of 2 years. This covers mechanical and electrical components: including handlebars, forks, seat, motor, controller, battery and charger. The main body of the frame is covered for five years against breakage.

The warranty is subject to proper care and reasonable use of the bikes under the recommended rider/luggage weight restrictions.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in an unused resalable condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. E-Bike Junction can then help arrange a return at a charge of £65. A courier will then be sent to collect the bike.  

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order please get in touch straight away either by emailing returns@ebikejunction.co.uk or calling +44 1932 544 204. If the order has not been dispatched from the manufacturer, we may be able to cancel the order. If your order has been dispatched, you will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
