Warranty

All Batribike models are covered by the below warranty:

• 5 years on frame
• 3 years on battery and motor
• 2 years on non-branded components

What isn’t covered by the warranty?

• Here are some examples of what is not covered:
• Accidental damage from collisions, drops, or similar impacts
• Wear and tear from regular use or neglect
• Damage from using the bike beyond its intended purpose
• Color changes caused by environmental factors or cleaning products
• Poor maintenance, or modifications that no longer comply with regulations or original technical specifications.
• Claims for batteries when they haven’t been cared for as per instructions in owner manual (for example, batteries to be charged a minimum of once every 90 days)

Delivery:

5-8 working day delivery time on all orders.

Free Delivery for orders over £500 to mainland UK.

For other locations please get in touch. We will gladly work with our various logistics partners to find the most cost-efficient option to get your new e-bike to you. 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in an unused resalable condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. E-Bike Junction can then help arrange a return at a charge of £65. A courier will then be sent to collect the bike.  

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order please get in touch straight away either by emailing returns@ebikejunction.co.uk or calling +44 1932 544 204. If the order has not been dispatched from the manufacturer, we may be able to cancel the order. If your order has been dispatched, you will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
