The ADO Air 20 provides a fantastic light weight package at superb value. Using a similar elegant and eye catching design as the more expensive ADO Air Carbon models. We are also big fans of the belt (instead of a chain) drive train for smooth and quiet movement.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in an unused resalable condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. E-Bike Junction can then help arrange a return at a charge of £65. A courier will then be sent to collect the bike.  

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order please get in touch straight away either by emailing returns@ebikejunction.co.uk or calling +44 1932 544 204. If the order has not been dispatched from the manufacturer, we may be able to cancel the order. If your order has been dispatched, you will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
